Backstory

Born in America, to an eclectic family of wizards and witches (though it's rumored my great grandmother Agnee is or was a Selkie) the eldest of six, I attended Ilvermony (proud Horned Serpent, thank you!) to learn about the workings and the history of magic and how it has affected both our world and those who live on the outside of all things magical. In an attempt to further study the effects of the wizarding community on other cultures, I traveled the world, visiting wizarding villages to hear their stories and researching in muggle archives and monuments.

In 2009, I presented my findings to a national convention of Wizarding Historians who then recorded my information for future generations. Currently I am working on a book-- the title of which keeps changing, along with the subject matter-- I look forward to more archaic and mind-filling adventures.

Then, after years of traveling, I grew wistful of home, and wished to settle down. I returned to America and took a position at the school and have been teaching History of the Occult ever since.
