Backstory

As a recent Hogwarts graduate thrusted upon the world, I thought it would be difficult to live in my own house without a job but it wasn't bad at all. I think because I was a Ravenclaw people believed I was more employable, and I got offers all over the place. As a half-blood my father's muggle side wanted me to move close to them in Ireland but I have to stay close to my roots, and I make my home in Picadilly Circus in London, close enough to Diagon Alley to get to my job as a journalist at the Daily Prophet. I deal with the artistic side of the paper, who's writing what, is there any muggle things worth watching etc etc. I also run a column of questions and answers, for mostly muggle concerns. People are getting really into muggle politics now, it's almost as if another He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is around. Thank goodness I wasn't here during that time, I know all about it as my mother is friends with Harry Potter. I've heard all the stories.
I'm an amazing writer and singer, so when I'm not at the Prophet I'm actually performing off broadway type shows in the West End. I live a full double life, like a witchy Hannah Montana if you will. I swear everyone I live around probably thinks I am insane but I love my life. Just me and my barn owl, Tawn. Maybe the guy who works as the stage manager will finally ask me out, but who knows.
