When I got to Hogwarts, the Sorting Hat decided to be rude and take forever to sort me. It kept rambling about me going to either Ravenclaw because of my "thirst for knowledge" or Hufflepuff for my "beyond average loyalty towards friends and family". Seriously, is it that hard to decide what house I'm going to go to? Anyways, I've already read the textbooks and I'm interested in Potions. Herbology sounds boring to me. I already made a friend on the train, which I'm happy about. He didn't care that I'm a muggleborn and he even said that he's a halfblood! So, woot, first friend made! He went to Slytherin, but I don't really care about that. He's already agreed to help me with the classes and studying and maybe we'll even co-write a book together! It's all really exciting. I got an owl at Diagon Alley and named him Div! It means "evil spirit" in Indian. I know, that sounds really mean, but it fits him! He has these really bright yellow eyes that look like they're piercing your soul! He also acts as if he understands me and he even flipped to a page of a book when I wondered out loud where information in the book would be! He's really cool but creepy at times. My mum and dad love that I'm a witch; I know I'm lucky that they do. I don't know what I would do if they didn't support me... Anyways, let's not go onto that depressing talk!
