Amelia Highacre

Backstory

I'm a freshman and sorted into the Slytherin House. I come from a long line of both great pure-blood and half-blood wizards and witches, the Highacres - who all attended Hogwarts before me. I have two older sisters - Arista, a 5th year in Ravenclaw and Alicia, a 7th year in Hufflepuff, and they're both prefects. I have three older brothers, Alexander, Albert and Albus, who all have been Ravenclaws, and are now professionals. Two of them are working in the Department of Mysteries and the other one is a Quidditch player. My parents were great friends of Dumbledore. My father works in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and my mother retired from being a professor in Herbology but still continues to love and care for plants.

All of my siblings and I have a fascination towards dragons, potions, magical creatures, muggles and the dark arts. But we put it to good use, especially the dark arts. My older siblings posses excellent academic abilities including non-verbal and wandless magic, which were known for all the Highacres regardless of the House. I hope I also posses great academic abilities. Also, my inspiration is Hermione Granger and I hope to be as brilliant as her.
