Backstory

I was sorted into the Gryffindor house because I didn't want to be put in Slytherin because I was afraid to become my dad and I thought Hufflepuffs were push overs. The Sorting Hat wanted to put me in Ravenclaw because of my love for reading and knowledge but after diving into my family history Gryffindor was the choice, he knew that was the house were I would find my place in the world. It defintely took a long time for the Sorting Hat to decide as I was debating and determine to become a Gryffindor. I'm excited for Charms and DADA but I don't really know what to except as I am a muggleborn. When my mom found out I was wizard she freaked! She thought I was Satan as she told me she is a Christan woman. Our relationship hasn't really been the same and she still has a bit of fear in her eyes whenever she sees me. Some have treated me different after finding out my blood status but most could care less and see me for me. I wasn't alive when He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named rose to power, but from what others have told me and the things I've read seems unreal. I couldn't believe something like that could ever happen. My greatest strength is I don't give up and I keep trying and my greatest weakness is my stubborness, I have lost relationships because of that. Being a wizard is like a dream come true so being able to really control my powers is what I'm most looking forward to. The most fascinating part of magic is that is hinded from the Muggle world! It's amazing how blind they are to it and how we keep it hinded. I want to help others of course with my powers, I'm thinking about being a healer but I have to wait to see what life will bring.
