Gryffindor/Slytherin hatstall Olivia stunned everyone when the hat revealed she was a pureblood. Even more so when it directed her to the house that she would belong to for the next 7 years. It was not because they were all Slytherin; no, it was because not one person in her bloodline had ever been Gryffindor. The pressure to show her peers that she was more like the Weasley's than the Malfoy's was on. It was a wonder Professor Snape took a liking to her, even if Potions was her best subject. A Gryffindor!
