Backstory

Half-blood to a Muggle father and a Witch mother, the first time I stepped into Hogwarts was the greatest day of my life. I always loved reading, writing and discovering new things, and having that enormous castle with its books, quill and parchments, professors and magical everything all to myself was fantastic. (Although I had to live far away from family, for I had come all to way from Brazil, because mom and dad lived there).
Even though I loved learning and I thought I'd go to Ravenclaw, like my mother had, the Sorting Hat sorted me into Hufflepuff -
I didn't know why, at first, but after just a while I figured out why it was so me - the sense of loyalty, the quirks and little tidbits that made me me were there.
During all my Hogwarts years, I was a great student, and after I graduated, I got an internship at the Daily Prophet - and I would never have figured it out, but that was when I found my true calling in Journalism. Well, turns out, I've been working there for 3 years (and FIY, after Rita Skeeter and a few others were fired, the journalism we made grew so much in quality hahah). And even though I love it there, my dream is to have my own project - and I'm working on it: erhaps you've seen my name somewhere - a while back, I wrote a profile on our badass Minister of Magic, Hermione Granger, and she loved it <3
