Backstory

When I received my Hogwarts Letter, I didn’t know what it would mean. At first I thought it was just a joke, you know? I'm a muggle-born and to be completely honest I don't know who was more surprised, myself or my parents. My mom was really sceptical (she actually thought it was some kind of prank) but my dad was actually happy.
I just know that everything changed, for the best of course.
I was sorted into Ravenclaw but I believe the Sorting Hat had some trouble figuring out which Hogwarts House I belong to, even though I'm very very happy with it's choice (House pride!).
I couldn't wait to learn everything and meet amazing people, I must admit that I read some of the textbooks before heading to Hogwarts, I was just too happy to wait.
Hogwarts helped me a lot because it felt so different and magical (well it's a magic wizarding school, of course it felt magical), it helped me reduce my anxiety and panic attacks, something that came from the "real world" (as my mom uses to call), also it helped me a lot with making friendships (because I'm really shy).
I'm still learning but I continue in love with this world so much as the first day.
