Backstory

Astrological Sign: Virgo
♥ An Earth sign known for being practical, dedicated perfectionists. They tend to have difficulty relaxing themselves but they love to help others.

♥ Often finds its home with perceptive witches who are difficult to fool. It is unwise to cross them or harm the ones they love. Although they have strength of character and unwavering loyalty - they can make for frightening adversaries.

♥ Produces the most consistent magic, although the core is not especially powerful on its own. These wands are devoted to their initial owner and if mishandled will enter a depressive state and may even 'die'.

♥ A rare patronus often produced by the pure of heart. These witches are a light to those around them. Often, they have a bit of a mysterious side necessitated by a need for privacy and recovery after being so attentive to the feelings of others. Although they are graceful, they are as capable of mistakes as anyone else, and will do everything in their power to right them. 

Stella was born to a single Muggle mother and never knew her father's name much less which world he was from. Her mother is quite ill and was more than happy to send Stella off to Hogwarts to prevent her from seeing the worst of it. She is experiencing the Wizarding World for the very first time, and is naive to things such as blood status or the history surrounding He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. 

In Muggle school, Stella performed exceedingly well. Although she is seemingly always sleepy and a bit of a daydreamer, she is also a dedicated student and has a knack for percieving things others don't. So as not to burden her, Stella's mother often chased her off and so she developed a number of solitary hobbies. Stella loves to read (mostly romance and fantasy) and paint in her spare time. She also plays piano. 

Stella has a number of flaws. Although she is polite, her ability to work with others could use some work. She is a perfectionist to a fault, and would rather produce nothing at all than something subpar. 

Given her studious and creative nature and the Sorting Hat had hardly grazed her hair before sorting her into Ravenclaw. 

She doesn't have a pet yet but would very much like a pygmy puff.
