Backstory

˚☽˚｡Chiara Lestrange was born in Carcassonne, France, to Adalinda Darkmoor, a gifted magical tailor from a modest background, and Eryx Lestrange, a former Death Eater with a complex past. As a pureblood and only child, Chiara’s life has always balanced legacy and personal identity. While her bond with her father is extremely close, her mother's side of the family disapproved of their union, causing long-standing tension.

Chiara’s childhood was marked by loss—at age six, her best friend Élodie Vaillant died in a broom accident, and nine months later, her beloved Aunt Mireille passed from a rare magical illness. These tragedies deeply affected her, prompting her mother to move the family to the Scottish Highlands to escape the grief and judgment of her past.

Now a Slytherin student at Hogwarts, Chiara is ambitious, emotionally guarded, and determined to become an Animagus in memory of Élodie. While her father's dark legacy casts a shadow, she carves her own path.
