Biography

Occupation: Forensic Scientist, Anachronist, and Beekeeper.

The Scientist: 
I'm a forensic scientist and subject matter expert in controlled substance identification, latent print processing, crime scene examination, and trace and residual magical analysis. I have a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and conduct forensic investigations for The Magical Congress of the United States of America by blending muggle technology with magical investigatory practices. 

The Medievalist: 
As a lifelong historical reenactor, I've spent just as many nights in a canvas tent as I have solid four walls. I have a particular interest in the high and late middle ages, and by using the forensic techniques I've learned (and my willingness to make myself a test subject), I've been able to parse some of the details of life before today. 
I also practice swordsmanship, make my own armor and historical costume, and experiment with historical recipes. 

The Bee Enthusiast: 
I have always been enchanted by the mechanical perfection of a beehive. For my independent undergrad research, I analyzed the effects of mundane pesticides and magical exposures on beehives during the height of the Colony Collapse Disorder crisis. I also maintained a teaching hive for fellow students at my university, and today I keep bees simply for the love of the creature. 

The Man:  
The Tulamore family split across the pond in the early twentieth century, but has always stayed in close contact with one another. I'm the son of two magical parents and have one younger sister. My father, a geologist, kept us in the area for his studies, and my mother was a nurse who specialized in supportive treatments for curse victims. I would stay with my immediate family during the school year to attend early grade muggle school, and then travel back to York to visit extended family during the holidays and to attend Hogwarts when I was of age. I decided to pursue higher education back in the States and closer to my immediate family. 

I like spending time at the gym, peach ice cream, and a good leather jacket. I have two cats, Pixel and Finnigan, and a pitbull named Kaiser.
