Blood-status: Half-blood (but grew up in a muggle family)

Wand: Aspen wood with a dragon core 12 ¾" and surprisingly swishy flexibility
House: Slytherin
Opinions on House: Being a Slytherin wasn't quite what I expected. I don't fit the mold—I'm not cunning or ambitious in the way people expect. Honestly, I'm more likely to overthink a potion recipe than plot anyone's downfall. I still can't believe I got into Slytherin at all. Most of my housemates seem so sure of themselves, so ready to seize every opportunity. Meanwhile, I'm just trying to make sure my cauldron doesn't explode in Potions class.
I suppose I do admire ambition, though. Not the reckless, flashy kind—more the quiet determination to improve, to prove to myself that I can handle this world of magic that still feels too big sometimes. I don't know if the Sorting Hat saw that in me, but I think it chose Slytherin for a reason. Even if I'm not sure what that reason is yet.
