Stella Rosemari

Backstory

Hi everyone! My name is Stella Rosemari. Yes, I am a halfblood. My father was a Muggle, but my mother was from an old pureblood family. It was the forbidden romance you'd read about in some book or see in a Muggle movie. But, just to warn you, unlike a book this one had a tragic ending. When I was born, my parents had to send me away to hide me from my family. I was raised by some foster parents who barely cared for me, but they did tell me about my parents. They didn't know about the whole magic thing, however. My father was killed, when I was five I think, and my mother wasn't able to find me again until she was safe. By then, my magic had already shown itself and I was already accepted into Hogwarts. I live with my adopted parents, but I'm moving in with her after I'm done with my first year! Which is awesome; she's so cool. She's actually a Hufflepuff, but me, I'm a Slytherin. And yeah, that does mean I can be ambitious, but I'm totally loyal to my true friends (and it does mean I'm ruthless to my enemies!) If you're a Gryffindor, don't hold being a Slytherin against me, and I won't hold being a Gryffindor against you. I'm excited to start learning magic at Hogwarts, even if its a bit later than usual, and I love exploring and out-of-class learning. 

I also love harmless jinxes (don't tell my DADA prof please), gossiping, flying, hippogriffs, cats, and writing. I try to avoid books that write back (yeah, I caught up on the whole Voldemort thing). But any sort of story that comes to my head has to come out onto paper or into a fireside story, so look out Slytherin common room! I'll also probably be sneaking whatever kitties I can inside. I like cute boys, but I like best friends even better. I'm obsessed with the idea of mixing Muggle conviences and awesome magic, so you'll probably find me using magic to get better signal or charge my laptop. 

I hope to make some real friends here, no matter what House you're from. If I do meet some soulmates, I might talk more about my mom and dad. I am looking into it myself, so... the rest of the story might come out. But going to Hogwarts is also about my story, so, I can't wait to see what I'll do as well!
