Backstory

     Growing up I have always been fascinated with magic and how to become an amazing witch. Although, I knew I could never be one as my whole life I was told it was all make believe and fairtytales. Then one day I got a letter. Not an ordinary letter but it came down my chimney and landed onto my lap. I thought I was dreaming because there is no way a letter could do that. My Mother came in and said "so you do have it in you". I thought to myself have what in me? She told me to open it so I did and it mentioned me being accepted into a school called Hogwarts School of Magic and Wizardry. So many questions run through my mind as I sit there frozen with the thought of me being a witch. A real witch. 

    My mother breaks the silience as she says "well i suppose you should know that I, your mother, is a witch who went to Hogwarts myself". Of course you could imagine the anger I felt for never knowing but this letter I hold in my hand, with my name on it, and including the words 'school' and 'magic' takes over the anger and turns it into nothing but excitement. Little did I know how much more excitement I would feel stepping foot onto diagon ally. My dreams finally coming true and its real. All of this is real. The magic is finally a apart of my reality. It is a part of me and has been this whole time. 

      So that is my story as to how i am now a first year at Hogwarts. A place i never knew existed but yearned for. Yet here we are. With that being said, i'm so excited to meet you all and make friends with those hwo share the same passion for magic as i do. xx
