Backstory
My mother always said I'd do great things. Even if I wasn't a Wizard, I would do great things. She was always so supportive of me. My father not so much...but I don't like to talk about him. When I first recieved my Hogwarts letter, I didn't know what to think because, well, I lived in America. But all my family had gone to Hogwarts, and I come from a family line of Gryffindor's. Except my mom, she's a squib, but that's okay. She's a wonderful mom, magic or no magic.
Once we traveled to England, I was meant to recieve my very first wand. I went to Olivander's Wand Shop, and the wand that chose me was a Sycamore wand, 13 inches, dragon heartstring core, and supple. That was the easiest purchase to make. My pet, however, was a different story. I grew up on Pokemon so I wanted a creature completely out of the ordinary. However, it said I was only allowed to bring an owl, a cat, or a frog. So, I got two pets instead of one. I got a black cat which I named Pearl, and a Tawny Owl I named Hugo.
I have 3 friends that I had met on the train to Hogwarts; Kayden, Azden, and Simon. We all got sorted into Hufflepuff except for Simon, who got sorted into Slytherin. But it was okay, we're still best friends. And We'd always be there for eachother.
