Backstory
Coming from Brittany in France, Thalia Koelegurd currently studies at Hogwarts, First Year.
A half-blood, she doesn't know much about her father, who was her wizard parent, and she was raised by her mother.
She originally studied at Beauxbâtons Academy of Magic (Papillonlisse), but moved to Ireland after her Second-Year and is now catching up on the early years courses she missed at Hogwarts.
Thalia hopes to later join the ROCC Ministerial Department — Rare, Obscure, and Confounding Case Division. She is also interested in the creation and confection of new spells.
