Backstory

my (pronounced as "mee") is a pure-blood witch with slytherin mom and hufflepuff dad. she was born in singapore where there are very few witches and wizards, so until her magical ability manifested, her parents had decided to keep her from magic. hence, my grew up knowing little about magic until one day, she popped her playdate's balloons with her overly excited laughters. since discovering her talent, my has been extremely curious about her potential, particularly in spellcasting. my eventually received an invitation from hogwarts, at which point her family moved back to london. charms is my's favourite subject, but she has a soft spot for muggle studies as well. my also loves singing and devouring books with a hot cup of tea in the common room.
