Backstory

When I received my Hogwarts Letter, I didn’t know what it meant. My mother had informed me that my father was someone, that he was an awful person, and that he didn't deserve for his daughter to know his name. Which was all quite soothing, until the point when it turned out he'd actually made an impact on my life, because his genes had made me magical. Which was great, but also kind of annoying because I had an exam two days after the letter, and I maintain that that's why I messed that test up. But I'm excited, and I've tried to do my reading in preperation, so we'll see I guess. I was sorted into Slytherin, apparently because my interest in knowledge was limited to finding my father and beating his head in... The underwater set up is really cool though! You can see these fish that aren't really fish, and I've been told they're in a care of magical creature's book by Newt something, so I'll go find that.
