Dark magic was misused throughout history, by the intent of hate.
Hate is useless and sloppy for any form of magic, of course those idiots went mad. Respectable, but foolish in the long term.
I will use the dark arts with love, and I'm certain I will actually succeed. It's not difficult to use love for anything, that power is unparalleled.
The only spell I will use conservatively is the Imperious Curse. Taking the control of one's will is the most repulsive thing, unless consenting.
Any people harming magical creatures will disappear, I'll ensure it.
