My sister, Jasmine, was actually the person to find my Hogwarts acceptance letter. At first, my family and I thought the letter was a prank sent out by some kids in my neighbourhood, but when my mama told my abuela about the prank, my abuela admitted to being a witch herself.
When my abuela found out my mother was non-magical, she decided to leave the wizarding world behind and live in the world of muggles with my abuelo. Mama says she remembers toys floating around her as her mama sang lullibies and other magical memories, but she passed them off as childhood imagination or dreams.
When abuela confessed to being a witch, she assured my parents that she would be the one to prepare me for my time at Hogwarts. She took me to Diagon Alley, and showed me other magical locales in London.
My goal in the wizarding world is to learn as much as I possibly can. I want to learn about magical theory, magical history and any form of magical knowledge I can get my hands on. I still hope to retain my dream of becoming a librarian and you'll often find me in the Library.
