Skye Lovegood

Backstory

I was born half-blood. My Father was, Otto Lovegood, a pure-blood wizard, brother to Xenophilius Lovegood. My Mother was Lucy Lovegood, a Muggle born witch. When my Mother found out she was a witch at age 15, which was quite late, her family abandoned her as they didn't like to believe in magic. My Mother had to spend her days living in the leaky cauldron and while she was at Hogwarts she fell in love with a young boy named Otto. They both fell in love, got married and had me. Around the same time my Father's brother, my Uncle, also had a baby girl called Luna. Me and Luna grew up together, some people even mistakening us for sisters. We both had the same pale skin, white, blonde hair and blue eyes. When I was 5 my Father sadly passed in the wizarding war. My Mother was left a single mother and she had to raise me on her own. My Mother slowly got sicker and sicker as she found it so hard to cope with his loss. I came into her bedroom one day when I was around 7 to find her not breathing. I cried heaps after her death as I was now an orphan with no parents. My Aunt and Uncle took me in and when my Aunt sadly died I comforted Luna. Luna always got bullied for being weird and strange at school. I stood up to them and also got bullied. We are now both 11 and about to head off for our first year of Hogwarts. I want to be in Ravenclaw like my father and mother and so does Luna. We're super excited to go!
