Backstory

When I received my Hogwarts Letter, it was a shock to my parents, but to me not so much. I have always been able to do weird things, but I learned early in life that some things are best kept secret. 

My family are all Muggles and all are scientists so to them it's difficult to accept that magic is real and that there is a whole world hidden from them that no one has been able to discover.

I was adopted a few weeks after birth, maybe my biological parents are wizards, or maybe they were Muggles too and I'm muggleborn. I hope one day I will be able to find the truth.

It's pretty hard to be so far away from my parents and my younger brother. Especially with how weird our relationship has become since they discovered my abilities. My brother was ecstatic, but he's only seven so everything magical is so cool for him. I hope we will stay close as we grow up so far away. 

I'm so excited to finally be at Hogwarts, there is so much in this world to learn and to discover. Plus practising charms and brewing potions is amazing. I can't wait to learn everything there is to know and be able to practice magic freely.
