Lucille White

Backstory

Lucille White is the heir of the house of White and in that reason is sent to study abroad in Hogwarts. House of White is located in cold and dark country full of magic called Finland. In Finland wizards and witches have lived among side muggles thousands and thousands of years with ease becouse Finland is very small country that hadn't had many immigrants and for that reason there aren't many muggles that don't have magic in their roots. Finnish muggles are really superstitious and that have made it easier to the wizarding community to be more themselfs. House of White is mostly pureblood but they don't really care about bloodpurity but more about power and magical abilities. Their ansestors have been collecting the most powerful wizards and witches and creating the most elite bloodline of the north wizarding Europe.
