Backstory

When I sat down on the seat in the Great Hall, I wasn't surprised I was sorted into Slytherin. I'm extremely ambitious, and sometimes quite cunning. Slytherin was definitely the right choice for me, I'll make them and my parents proud! The Sorting Hat immedietly knew I was a Slytherin, it barely even touched my head! I'm so glad to be with my friends, Draco Malfoy, Pansy Parkinson, and Blaise Zabini. I quite enjoy potions with Professor Snape, along with Mcgonagall's transfiguration class. Flying isn't too bad either. One class I can't stand is herbology. Don't get me wrong, I do quite well, but I don't specifically care for the subject. I don't really see a difference in people that are purebloods, halfbloods, or muggleborn. I guess the only real advantage is that you can learn and know about magic quicker. I learned a load about magic and potions from a young age (since my parents are purebloods), along with meeting some of my closest friends. One advantage I may have thoughout all of my upcoming years at Hogwarts is manipulation. Of course I don't always use it on people, but it does come handy at some points. This will be my first time at a witchcraft and wizardry school, before I was at a primary school with a whole bunch of muggles. They were always be so aggravating, sucked that magic isn't aloud outside of school, although I don't always tend to follow the rules. I also practically live for Quidditch, and am glad they offer teams at Hogwarts. I don't doubt that I'll make the team, and possibly go on to be a professional. I'm eager to learn about the Dark Arts aswell, as one of my classes. I find that the study is interesting and mysterious. In the future, I often wonder what I will use my achieved skills of magic for. Of course I'll use some of it for myself and my friends, but I might help others with it. You never know. Hopefully over the coarse of the next seven years, my house will become like my family, along with the friends I already have. I'll be moving into a dorm with one of my best friends, Pansy, and of course my cat, August. He is pretty calm, so life shouldn't be too hard with him. Overall, I look forward to attending Hogwarts, and proving myself to everyone else.
