Backstory

I'm a Muggle-born from Hong Kong, with a very young brother not showing magical abilities yet. I never believe in supernatural things but my parents were pleasently surprised when I recieved my letter, though I was not. My first magical ability was being able to make a book from the back of under the sofa move towards me when I was four. (Not very exciting, but I aspire to be out of the ordinary, someday.)At the time, I brushed it off with the option of wind and it fell from my mind. After that encounter, I have always had magical encounters when I was sad, but never when I am scared. Such as once when I was sad because of a failure, I made snowflakes fall inside of my room and it ceered me up. (Though later,  I concluded it was a faulty fire sprinklet.) My magical encounters were frequent, and the Professor who met me and my parents to explain the situation told me tha I posessed great magical aility and might be decended form wizards. To this date, I am still searching for the clairty of that information and the chance may be a decendent of a wizard. I am still unsure if I will linger in the wizarding world after Hogwarts but I certainly look up to Witches and Wizards and aspire to create and change this magical world.

I'm socially shy but I'm very brave on stage. Even when something is very hard or fearful I always pull through on my own and am never a quitter. When I am scared or nervous, I am always able to calm down and think a way out of a situation. I always forsee and think about what I will do, if there are two choices, I will always choose the rational and low-risk over the advantaged but risky one. Even though I am some of the brave girls in my muggle school, I always think before I act and choose safety over adventure. This is why I am put in Ravenclaw.

I was Sorted as soon as the hat was on my head, I do believe I am full of wit. I really enjoy being in my house as chatting with my housemates is very intellectual. I think that even though it isn't a very big problem now, I sometimes recieve a distance or a glare because I am a muggleborn. These don't bother me but it bothers me to think that some innocent witch could be saddened because of that. Hogwarts really is my home and I love every little bit of it. And for the first time, I love this school's curriculum.

I'm a very curious person about the Wizarding world. I was always smart in the muggle world and remembered a staggering amout of facts at a young age. I was and am a curious person with a lot of questions. I always tend to speak very, very quickly without stopping and mixing a few lanuages in the process

I'm very happy to be in Hogwarts now and if you want to be my friend, you may find me always lingering in the Libary.
