Backstory

-i worked on her history b/c my adhd ass
-half-blood, her mother, cassandra rose is a squib after rejecting magic for too long during her teen years and into adulthood. became a hogwarts dropout and a fashion designer, does not tell natalie why she rejected magic.
-natalie wasn't a planned baby. natalie's dad (he doesnt have a name b/c hes not important enough to have one) left due to "fear of being a dad and he was broke" cassandra says. cass was pregnant at age 25
-natalie was mainly raised by her grandmother, who was a witch. natalie showed signs of magic at a young age. nat and cass lived in their own house, and cass's mom moved in after her husband died from cancer. fairly young grandmom probably late 70's
-cassandra rejects natalie as a daughter because of her strong dislike of the wizarding world, and it reminds her of natalie's dad and in some ways, herself
-natalie's g-ma (needs a name i s2g) sent natalie to a public school even though she wanted her to get magic schooling to control it.
-natalie's magic acted strange and uncontrollable, possibly due to cassandra's rejection of magic. during 3rd grade, natalie was being bullied by some boys and magically gave them a wedgie that couldn't be undone
