Backstory

Being sorted into Gryffindor, though most thought it would be Slytherin, was something I had wanted since a young age. I was a slight hatstall, but that is to be expected with me, and for a moment I thought it would put me in Slytherin. I love Charms, Potions, Herbology, Transfiguration and Astronomy. I'm not a big fan of History of Magic, though somehow my grades are still high, while I can't stand Arithmancy and Divination.

I'm what's referred to in the Wizarding World as a Half-Breed, most see it as being an abomination, because I am Half-Witch and Half-Daywalker. A type of Vampire that is not effected by the sun. Due to being a Half-Breed I receive a lot of negativity, especially from the older Pure-Blood families, but I have grown to ignore it and move on.

Some would say my greatest strength is my boldness, I am never afraid to say what others might not, and others say my bravery to stand up for what is right. My weakness is those I care about, I would do anything to protect them, and my fear of accidentally hurting them. After my schooling I would like to do something to help others, perhaps a healer or an Auror, and also try to change the way Half-Breeds like me are treated.

So far I have no Familiar/Pet, most are uncomfortable around Vampires even Half-breeds, but I know that there is one out there for me. I have never met my mothers family, they are the type who hate anyone who isn't a Wizard/Witch, and they disowned her when she married my father. I don't really miss out on much though, my father has many Vampires he considers family and the man who turned him is basically my Grandfather. Though he only looks around forty still.
