Emily Madison

Backstory

Emily Madison was born into a half-blood family (one Muggleborn paternal grandmother, 3 pureblood grandparents). Her family is traditionally comprised of Gryffindors or Hufflepuffs, and in keeping with tradition, the Sorting Hat took a long time to finally place her in Gryffindor. Aside from her magical studies, she spends each summer taking classical voice lessons. She plans on eventually working at the Ministry of Magic or teaching at Hogwarts, and perhaps pursuing music as a career in the Muggle world if she has enough spare time. Emily Madison is also in a relationship with a Slytherin in the year above her, and despite the tension between the two houses, they are generally more accepted in each other's houses than what would be considered usual.
