The Day I Got My Letter
I was walking down the hall to tell my parents good bye before they heded on their trip to london. I was told to stay at home and wach my younger sister. Before my parents left they asked me to go grabe the mail. They said that my package was suposed to come to day. I walked downstairs to the door to the porch. There I wached a letter come under the door. But the wiered thing was there was no one outside. I picked up the letter with confusion and red who it was to. It was to me from Hogwarts. I quickly ran up stairs and asked my parents what Hogwarts was and why they sent me a letter. My parents looked at eachother. My mom started to tear up and my dad said under his breath. "I knew she was a wizard. She did it, she made it to Hogwarts." While my mom was crying my dad explaned what hogwarts was. I then oppened the letter. Read that it was an accseptice letter. I had so many questions. My parents told me and my sister to quickly pack our bags and that we were going to London with them. They explaned everything while we were in the car. It all made since now people I hated geting hurt when I wantede them too and many other random things. We then went out and got my books, robes, wand, cauldron, and my dad even bought me an owl. I then spent the rest of the vacation with my parents until it was time for me to leave for Hogwarts. I was excited and nurvouse at the same time. My did is a Grifindore, but my mom is a Ravinclaw. I was nurvouse on what I would be. would I be like my mom, my dad, or my own person?
