Backstory

When I received my Hogwarts Letter that slow, slightly chilly day, I didn’t know what it would mean. At first I thought it was just a joke, ya know? My older brother would sometimes play pranks on me and blame me for the weird things that would occur every so often. How was I supposed to know regular pencils couldn’t write in all the colors of the rainbow? Anyway, my parents were going to go shopping in London and they figured they would humor me. Wow, I remember it like it was yesterday when we stopped by the pub and the sign said "The Leaky Cauldron" instead- There were kind people inside that were willing to help us find some of the school supplies. I think my favorite part of Diagon Alley was Ollivanders because getting my wand was a monumental moment for me. I hope this wasn't a bad idea and that I will fit in well, because I don't how I will face my old classmates after bragging about this new world...
