Backstory

When I received my Hogwarts Letter, I didn’t know what it would mean. At first I thought it was just a joke, that magic wasn't real. I am the only child, so I was usually blamed when weird stuff happened around the house. It's so amazing to find out that I'm a witch, and magic really exists!
Anyway, my parents were going to go shopping in London anyway and they figured they would humor me. Boy, the look on their face when we stopped by the Barren Bulldog pub and the sign said “The Leaky Cauldron” instead! The innkeeper was an odd but friendly man, and there were some people to help show us around. The coolest part of Diagon Alley was picking up my wand, I could feel the connection to it and I am super excited to crack open all these fascinating textbooks and get sorted into my Hogwarts house. I can't wait to explore Hogwarts--maybe there are some undiscovered secrets I will find?
