Backstory

(Younger Student) When I received my Hogwarts Letter on a random Wednesday, I didn’t know what it would mean. At first I thought it was just a joke, ya know? Finally, my sister wasn't better than me at something. My sister sometimes played pranks on me, or blamed me when some weird stuff happened around the house. How was I supposed to know regular pencils couldn’t write in all the colors of the rainbow? Also, when I got mad (I usually do) I accidentally made my sister swell up. (She looked better that way anyways.) Anyway, my parents were going to go shopping in London anyway so I went along to get my new books. Boy, the look on their face when we stopped by the Barren Bulldog pub and the sign said “The Leaky Cauldron” instead! The innkeeper was an odd man (I don't want to see him in Hogwarts!) and there were some people to help show us around. I really became friendly with the Malfoys, Draco was so helpful. The coolest part of Diagon Alley was seeing all the people just like me. I mean, I hoped to become a slytherin, and here I am. Griffindor sucks. Just saying the truth.
