Backstory

I'm a Muggleborn bookworm, and I didn't really expect to be picked to go to a magical school. When I got the letter (by an owl, no less!) I thought i was dreaming. I love magic, and I had read all about it. And now that I get to participate in it? Well, it's a dream come true. And my parents are totally okay with it, too! They were shocked, obviously, and my Muggle brother was soooooo jealous, but they're letting me go, as long as I owl them weekly and come home for the holidays bringing lot's of Honeydukes (my brother's request). Mum cried when I got on the train, but she'll be alright. This is my destiny, and I'm not letting go.
