Backstory

Just entering my fourth year at Hogwarts and am loving every moment of it so far. The transition from Muggle to Witch was a bit challenging to say the least but hey, here I am! I am taking the whole magic thing a bit better than my parents but they were open to having me home for Christmas this year. I mean, that's a step in the right direction, ay!
So, uh, a bit about me... I am a proud Ravenclaw, I have a Patronus of a Weasel and my wand is Rowan wood with a dragon heartstring core, 12 ½" with rigid flexibility. I am quite into reading (wow, a Ravenclaw into reading? what a wonder) and writing short stories. Bad short stories but anyway. I am taking a random interest in Quidditch and maybe I'll even trial for the team this year. One thing that I haven't left behind from my old life was the music. You will never find me not bobbing my head to an unheard beat or to humming a tune (maybe you'll even catch my singing... I apologise in advance). I can strum a guitar and ukulele and play a few songs on the piano and flute, but that is as far as my 'talent' goes...
