When I received my Hogwarts Letter, I was soooo excited. I come from a family of half bloods, and and everyone was glad I was accepted. I can finally prove to the rest of my family that I do have magical talent! Of course everyone was excited to hear I was immediately sorted into Ravenclaw like most of my family. We had such a good day shopping for supplies, I love spending time in Diagon Alley, my family has never taken me before since they thought I was a squib. I even got a pet cat there, Soot, she really loves cuddles and watching the rain from the window. I read up on everything I need to know before the year started and am really enjoying my classes, especially charms and potions! When I graduate I hope to get a job in the ministry, helping develop new areas of magic and expand our knowledge of spells and properties of new plants and animals. If I can't get a job at the ministry I would love to come back to Hogwarts to teach or prehaps.
