Backstory

When I was a child, my father contracted Dragon Pox, and I spent a majority of my childhood at St. Mungos Hospital with him and my family. Because I was there so often, I was on first-name basis with many of the Healers and Mediwitches, and saw the ins and outs of working at a hospital. Unfortunately, my father passed away, but I felt so grateful to everyone that worked tirelessly to save his life, and I knew that I wanted to do the same. When I was eleven, I was so excited to attend Hogwarts, and even more so when I was sorted into Hufflepuff. Despite it's reputation for being the "soft" or "easy" house, I took pride in being a Hufflepuff. During my sixth year, I had the privilege of volunteering in the Hospital Wing, and in my seventh year, I passed all of my N.E.W.Ts, even getting an O in Potions and Herbology! Now, I work on the second floor at St. Mungos, and absolutely love my job.
