Backstory

I was sorted into Ravenclaw by the lovely sorting hat...probably for my creativity and logical solutions for problems. People know me for being quite weird and expressive but I'm not always like that. When I put my nose to the grindstone I work extremely hard and always do everything to the best of my ability. I am a pure blood...my father a highly respected wizard where I live and my mother a skilled green witch which is what I'm aspiring to be. I sometimes let my emotions get the best of me which then affects my performance throughout the day, mainly my concentration and then I tend to get quite snappy but an afternoon with my cat Flerkin, a cup of tea and a book immediately makes me feel better. My magic can be powerful if I want it to be but when I'm stressed, controlling it is an issue...luckily if I'm around the right people I feel much calmer. My life is mainly influenced by my parents as they want me to do the best that I possibly can and pressure me into getting the best results etc. Unfortunately for them I'm not as obedient as they think and only listen when I want to... I never had many friends in my life, not really having enough time to make any but I hope being at Hogwarts will change that.
