Backstory

When I was sorted into Gryffindor, I was very much surprised, for I definitely expected to be a Slytherin. Even it seemed difficult for the Sorting Hat to come to a decision, as it saw some of the qualities of all the four houses. I could also see that some students treated others based on their blood status, who were confused to learn that my father is a wizard and my mother is a Banshee. As this was a very rare combination many used to avoid me at first, but now they seem to realise that I'm not dangerous. Even though my parents brought me up like a normal witch, I do have some of my mother's powers, though I don't even try to use them - but if I can help someone with that, I think I might give it a try. The only other friend I have that has stuck with me from year one is my cat, Eva. She's black and beautiful, and sometimes I feel she understands things way too much for a cat. My dream after graduation is to be an Auror (and maybe I can show everyone that I can do good things).
