Backstory

I'm an only child, I guess? I was excited to start Hogwarts because I thought it would be nice to get out of my house it's been so quiet and awful since my sister died. But now I'm here and it's so loud and busy and I don't think I'll make any friends - I don't know. I'm still excited to learn magic.

I thought I'd be in Ravenclaw like Seraphina, but I'm in Slytherin. Mum and Daddy didn't seem really happy about it when they answered my letter, but everyone knows Slytherin is different now. Or maybe they're just sad I'm not like Sera. I don't know.

But!! One of the older kids told me we might get to see HIPPOGRIFFS later!! I love Hippogriffs, I hope first years get to meet them too!
