Backstory

I learned about my father's true identity (as a wizard) when I was about six years old. I am a half-blood. My mother is a muggle, however, her sister is a witch born to their muggle parents. That's actually how my mother met my father. The first time they saw each other was at King's Cross Station when they were dropping my aunt off at Platform 9 3/4 for her first year at Hogwarts. My dad tells me he thought about her the whole time he was at school. They hung out a little bit when he came back for Christmas vacation. They became best friends and spent every summer together from then on until I guess they realized they were in love about his thrid year at Hogwarts. I wasn't told about my dad's magical abilities until about first grade in public school because that is when I started showing signs of my own magical abilities, at school no less. My parents pulled me out of public school emediately and hired a private tutor from the wizarding world. I have been studying magic along with my muggle studies since then. I have been preparing for Hogwarts since then. I was so excited when I finally got my acceptance letter. My little brother was born after I turned seven. He won't be starting school a Hogwarts for a while, but he has known about the families wizarding abilities pretty much since he was born. I'm in Gryffindor just like my father! He was so proud when he heard. I honestly wasn't sure what house I was going to get sorted into because I am also pretty creative, ambitious, and I keep up with my studies very well. I am so excited to go on this journey here at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. This year is going to be bloody banging!
