Mari

Backstory

Born in Costa Rica, Mariela was taken by representants of Hogwarts to England. Her family being all muggles were not able to go with her, the only known wizard would be her great-grandfather's father, practicing dark magic. Mariela, a Hufflepuff student, has kind and empathetic matters and a special soft spot for Slytherins and those known as "bad people". She always has a chocolate bar and mint bubblegum in her pockets and always shares it with anyone, even if it is a stranger. She is an LGBTQ+ strong ally, anti-racist, and feminist. She has brown eyes and long, slightly curled brown hair, she is tall in her country but doesn't really stand out in England. She has a lot of self-control and doesn't explode, her Patronus, the Occamy, a very rare Patronus, "Describes her perfectly" (This quote being the Hufflepuff's Head of House words). She speaks Spanish (her first language), fluent English, and is learning French and Italian. She doesn't play competitive Quidditch but loves to watch the games and also play with friends. She loves Care of Magical Creatures and her idol is Newt Scamander. She plans on becoming a Zoologist (for magical creatures) and staying in England to live the rest of her life. She is not your Hufflepuff stereotype and WILL call you out and maybe laugh at how cool she looked after, but she will always listen to you. She is always the bigger person and doesn't like drama.
