Backstory

Rei grew up with a muggle mom and a non-muggle dad. Rei's dad homeschooled her till her fathers passing when she was 7, her mother left Rei in a boarding school till she got a letter from Hogwarts, snuck out of her boarding school, and took the first train to Hogwarts, as fast as she could.
