Backstory

Hey! I am Lyla, a Ravenclaw who loves books, cinematography, dance and general creativity. It took a while for the Sorting hat to decide which house to put me in, as I kind of fit all of them haha! I really enjoy astronomy, DADA, flying and History of Magic. I like most of the subjects to be honest, although I've always potions hard! I am a pureblood, but my parents kept their abilities a secret until I was ten to keep me safe from He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. My brother is also a wizard, and he will hopefully start Hogwarts next year! I'd like to think that my greatest strength is my mind, although that could also be my greatest weakness as I overthink everything. After I finish school, I really like the idea of being an author or film director, and I really want to travel the world. I enjoy being in nature and am very passionate about climate change, also equality is very important to me. :)
