Backstory

I was ever so surprised when I received my letter! At first, I refused to believe it because I talked about how much the concept of magic amazed me and my friends always joked about it and I thought it was a prank from one of them. But imagine my surprise when I went to bed on my birthday and had a dream where a wizard visited me and explained how magic was real and I was invited to attend Uagadou, the African equivalent of Hogwarts. When I woke up it was with a stone in my hand and I ran downstairs to inform my mother who was shocked, surprised, and happy for me all in one. I chose to go to Hogwarts because it seems like the best option for me and I can't help but be excited for will happen next!
