Backstory

Technically speaking, I'm a half-blood. My moms a muggle, while my dad was a wizard, though he never told me. He always kept it hidden due to the wizarding world not accepting his baggage. My dad was bit by a werewolf and with that, people tend to discriminate anyone married or born from that union. My father refused to raise a child in that setting and lived his life as a muggle, using his job, as a business man, to excuse his trips every full moon.
It all came to a head though, about a year ago in what would be my fourth year at Hogwarts when the ministry of magic said that due to the magic in my blood they had no choice but to send me to Hogwarts, no excuses. So after the sorting ceremony i was put in Hufflepuff, no complaints there. Now i have to play catch up, and figure out how to work magic after living like a normal human for the majority of my life.
My names Nadia, but i prefer going by my last name Ryker.
