Cecelia Weasley

Backstory

Cecelia (goes by Cece) is a pure blood witch and has a twin sister named Opal. Their parents died when we were young so they grew up with their cousins, the Weasleys. They were very supportive of the two girls and they we’re very happy when they got their Hogwarts letters and when they were put into Hufflepuff in their first year. Cecelia personally was very close to Ron and Ginny. She occasionally helped her cousins Fred and George with their small joke business
Fun Fact #1: Opal, Ron and Cecelia were born on the same day. so they liked to think that they were like triplets.
Fun Fact #2: Cecelia shares a room with Opal and Ginny in the Weasley house

Although Cecelia and Opal don’t know much about their parents, they’ll always have a special place in their hearts.
