Backstory

Growing up in a half-half household, it was never a dull moment. I knew from about 5 that I was a witch but never thought anything would come of it. How happy I was when I got my letter though! Hogwarts is my home, always has and always will be. My favourite smell ever is the lingering scent of the Slytherin common room and how it changes slightly depending on the season. I asked the sorting hat many times why he put me in the green house, and every time his reply was a simple 'you know why, miss Telfer.' He's right, I do know. My ambitious hunger for adventure and leadership lets me into a lot of trouble, but I wouldn't be who I am without it. Besides, you'd hope the hat was happy with his decision, I was the biggest hatstall of the year! Herbology has always been my favourite class, but I have a soft spot for divination (surprisingly) and think DADA is one of the most interesting parts Hogwarts. I don't particularly like potions, maths can eat a boggart. Shudder. Being a half-blood Slytherin didn't go down too well at first, especially with Mr Malfoy, but I got there eventually; funny how it all works out, now look at me! I have ALWAYS wanted to be a healer, and hope I can be after 7th year. I think it is pure magic the work they do (no pun intended.) Herbology has taught me the wonders of nature in medicine. Magic helps people help others, I think that's incredible. What a gift we have, hey! I am truly living my dream life, in the most incredible place ever, surrounded by some of the most incredible people I've ever met. My true family, by blood and by choice.
